Independent Creative Studio
Games, stories, paper, and imagined worlds.
Enter the StudioBetween worlds is where the wonder begins.
At the crossing between craft and story, reflection and play, the practical and the imagined, ideas gather from both banks and become something new.

Paper & Print
Fine cotton paper, letterpress stationery, and wedding goods. Beautiful things finding their people.
Reflection Instrument
A twelve-archetype reflection instrument for understanding the forces that shape how you see, protect, choose, and become.
Card Game
You are the herbalist of Eldermere. The Wyldwood does not want to be mapped. The road you walked yesterday is not the road you'll find today.
Card Game
Collect terrestrial and celestial cards as landscapes, seasons, and natural forces interact. Bring the elements into balance before the natural world shifts again.
Novel
A boy who dreamwalks. A dreamscape called the Ever After. He sees the real story beneath everyone's surface. He does not yet know what that makes him.
The Workshop
Some things take longer to cross the threshold. They belong here until they're ready.
Irreverent living gifts. Obscure succulents, humor as the entry door, wonder as the destination.
Modular miniature living worlds: real moss, real stone, real light. Seven biomes, starting with The Hollow. (Lives within Root Awakenings.)
A space game. The frontier between law and freedom, empire and open sky.
The Maker
BridgeTender Studio is the independent creative workshop of Marc Simmons.
Across education, games, paper, psychology, and design, his work has taken many forms. This studio gathers those forms under one roof.
Marc is a lifelong educator and coach. Shepherding people across thresholds is his life pattern. This studio is the same work, just in different materials.
Joseph Campbell named the Threshold Guardian — the force that blocks the crossing, the voice that says don't go that way. The BridgeTender is something else entirely. He doesn't block. He enables. He's already on your side.
Some projects became businesses. Some became playable worlds. Some are still on the workbench.
The materials change. The curiosity remains.
